In which country are Erro products manufactured?
All Erro products are manufactured by skilled craftsmen in our family workshop located in the South West of France in the Basque Country.
What types of leather do you use?
Where are your suppliers located?
We source our leather from LWG* certified border partners and our linen from a French family business. For the buckles we buy from a French family company that has its products made in Asia.
How to maintain my leather goods?
It is recommended to clean the leather before feeding it.
Clean the leather :
- Dust your leather article with a microfiber cloth
- If the item is stained, use the ERRO cleaning glove and soapy water (ERRO glycerine soap), make circular movements (without insisting!) and rinse.
Let dry for a few hours.
Nourishing the leather:
- To nourish the leather, apply ERRO Nourishing Cream.
- Let stand, then buff.

How does leather age?
Leather is a living material, which develops a patina and becomes more supple over time. The use, the UV and the humidity can alter the quality of the leather pieces. It is recommended to keep it in its pouch in a dry place, avoid prolonged exposure to the sun because leather, like your skin, tans. We advise you to clean and nourish it with the Borda maintenance kit.
What is your warranty policy on your products?
Where can I get my bag repaired?
The bags have been designed to meet the criteria of durability and repairability. If you wish to have your bag repaired, we invite you to go to in store to know the conditions of repair or send us an explanatory mail with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I place an order on the ERRO website?
Ordering is as easy as it is fast.
- Browse our product categories and click on an image to view an item's detail page including sizing information and composition.
- Select your item and its color and add it to your cart by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button.
- You can review the selected items by clicking on the "CART" icon located on the right side of the web page. To remove an item from your cart, simply click on the "DELETE" button next to the item.
- If you wish to finalize your purchases, click on "PAYMENT" and follow the instructions.
*Please note that items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers at any time until you proceed to payment.
Click on " Collection "- Choose the category you are interested in " Handbag " or " Travel bag " and click on the desired model. Add to your shopping cart the items of your choice by going to the product page and indicating the desired quantity and clicking on "Add to Cart".- You can then continue shopping by returning to the "Collection" tab or if you want to finish your purchases click on "next", after entering a coupon number at the bottom left if you have one.- Create a customer account and then follow the instructions.- The ordering process will be completed and the order confirmation will be sent by mail.

If your order was placed less than 48 hours ago (working days), please send us a cancellation request to the following address email@example.com or by phone (contact). We will then inform you of the status of your order, and proceed to its cancellation if it has not yet been shipped.
Otherwise, you will have to proceed to a return request (by contacting us via the address firstname.lastname@example.org).
How do I make an exchange/return?
In accordance with articles L121-20 and following the Code of the Consumption. For any online purchase you have the right of withdrawal of fourteen  clear days upon receipt of your item.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, with the protective bag. They must not be worn, washed or damaged.
We do not exchange
Thank you for providing your order number and contact us by mail at email@example.com.
If the return request is validated we will send you a return label. The customer will have to stick the return label on the package and drop it off at a UPS relay point. The return of the item must be done within 7 days after receiving the request. If the item is not returned by the customer within 7 days after the return confirmation, the return is considered as cancelled and the customer must keep the product.
What payment methods are accepted (on the website and in the store)?

It is very simple! Use your Visa or MasterCard and pay for your purchases in 3x or 4x without fees.
