REINVENTING TOGETHER A WAY OF OPERATING THAT IS IN LINE WITH OUR ASPIRATIONS AND THE CHALLENGES OF TOMORROW
We created our leather workshop in 2019 when we were 27 years old, with the desire to redefine the lines of a human model that no longer suited us. Today, our manufacturing workshop employs 24 people with an average age of 32.
We want our workshop to be a place of trust and personal growth where everyone can achieve their potential.
To do this, we train our team members carefully according to their individual skills and desires, so that each one can evolve according to their aspirations.
As with our environmental commitments, we want to have a positive impact on the lives of those who make ERRO happen.
